This week is Summit week. Today, September 14, Our BNI Tampa Bay Family comes together for the Annual Summit with Mary Kennedy Thompson and Mike Rayburn.

And whether you are in the room or cheering on the energy from Our BNI Family, Summit gives us a powerful reminder: BNI is bigger than one meeting, one table, or one room.

🔹 Events Expand the Room

When Our BNI Family comes together region-wide, Members see something they cannot always feel inside a normal weekly agenda: scale, momentum, and shared purpose.

We realize Our BNI Family is part of a much larger movement of business owners who are choosing relationship-based growth every week.

🔹 Turn Inspiration Into Action

The risk after any great event is that we leave inspired and then change nothing.

So here is the question: what will you do with the energy? Will you schedule a cross-chapter 1-to-1? Invite a Visitor while your enthusiasm is high? Share one Summit takeaway in your Weekly Presentation? Encourage a newer Member to plug into the broader region?

🔹 Our BNI Family Is Built Between Chapters Too

Some of the best referral relationships in BNI Tampa Bay do not happen only inside one room. They happen when Members meet across Our BNI Family at trainings, at socials, and at events like Summit.

The more connected we are across the region, the stronger every room becomes.

Ask one Member this week: what was your biggest takeaway from Summit, or what regional connection do you want to build next?

Then turn that answer into action. A Summit moment becomes weekly momentum only when we bring it back to the room.
