🎤 Education Moment Script (3–5 minutes)

Good morning, Our BNI Family! 🙌

September has a different energy. People are back in routine, businesses are planning the final stretch of the year, and Chapters have a chance to reset the room.

But September momentum does not magically appear in September. It is prepared in August. What we do this week determines whether fall begins with scattered energy or a strong Chapter rhythm.

🔹 Prime the Room Before the Season Starts

A Chapter that waits until September to rebuild habits is already late. The better move is to prime the room now: tighten attendance, sharpen Weekly Presentations, schedule 1-to-1s, and restart Visitor inviting.

Small signals create big culture. When Members see everyone preparing, the room starts to expect momentum.

🔹 Three Fall Momentum Questions

• Who should be visiting Our BNI Family in September?
• Which Members need a strategic 1-to-1 before the month begins?
• What referral ask will create the most opportunity before year-end?

These questions move us out of vague optimism and into clear action.

🔹 Leadership Is Contagious

You do not need a Leadership Team title to lead. You lead when you arrive early, welcome Visitors, follow up quickly, invite consistently, and speak with clarity.

The room copies what it sees repeated. If enough Members model momentum, momentum becomes the culture.

🔹 Your Challenge This Week

Before September starts, make one fall commitment: invite one Visitor, schedule two 1-to-1s, or write four specific Weekly Presentation asks for the month ahead.
