Over the past several weeks, we’ve focused on:
• Running effective One-to-Ones
• Delivering clear Weekly Presentations
• Using stories and referral triggers to be memorable
Today, we’re adding a powerful tool that can help you execute all of those more effectively:
Using AI to prepare smarter and build momentum now.
AI will never replace relationships.
AI will never replace trust.
And it will never replace the personal connections that make BNI special.
But it can help you prepare more strategically so every conversation you have is more focused, more relevant, and more productive.

🔹 Using AI to Prepare for One-to-Ones
One of the most powerful ways to use AI in BNI is before a One-to-One meeting.
Imagine this:
You upload your partner’s GAINS profile, Bio Sheet, or notes from previous meetings and ask AI:
“What strategic questions should I ask this Member so I can better understand how to refer them?”
“How can I best help them understand my business and the referral connections that will be most powerful?”
Now you walk into that meeting prepared with thoughtful questions, deeper insights, and a clearer understanding of their business and goals.
Instead of having a surface-level conversation, you have a focused discussion that leads directly to better referrals and stronger introductions.
That’s using innovation to strengthen relationships — not replace them.
🔹 Using AI to Clarify Your Weekly Presentations
You can also use AI to refine your weekly message by prompting:
“Help me create a clear 30-second referral-focused message asking to meet [specific audience].”
This helps you communicate with more precision so your Chapter knows exactly who to listen for on your behalf.
Clarity builds confidence. Confidence builds referrals.
🔹 Using AI to Identify Referral Opportunities
Another powerful use:
Ask AI:
“What phrases might someone say that indicate they need a [your profession]?”
This gives you real-world referral trigger language that you can share in your Weekly Presentations and One-to-Ones.
Now your Chapter isn’t guessing who to refer — they’re listening for specific conversations that match what you actually do.
🔹 A Quick Reminder
AI is a preparation tool, not a relationship tool.
Your authenticity, your stories, and your real client experiences are what make you memorable and referable.
Use AI to:
✔ organize your thoughts
✔ prepare strategic questions
✔ refine your messaging
But always show up as you — because people refer people, not scripts.

When you prepare more intentionally, your One-to-Ones become more productive, your Weekly Presentations become clearer, and your referral results become stronger.
