Good morning, BNI Family! 🙌
We’re starting the new year with the heart of everything BNI stands for — our first Core Value: Givers Gain®.
We all say it… but what makes Givers Gain® more than just a motto?
It’s a way of doing business — one that puts relationships before results, and service before sales.
Here’s how to live Givers Gain® every day:
1️⃣ Lead with giving. Every time you walk into a meeting or a One-to-One, ask, “Who can I help today?”
When you focus on helping others first, opportunities always circle back.
2️⃣ Share your network generously. Introduce two Members who might be great referral partners — even if it doesn’t directly benefit you. You become the connector everyone trusts.
3️⃣ Give meaningful referrals, not just names. A strong referral is warm, specific, and positioned for success. It says, “I believe in this person.”
4️⃣ Recognize the givers in your Chapter. When someone consistently supports others, highlight them during your meeting or in your WhatsApp group. Recognition multiplies generosity.
5️⃣ Be intentional with gratitude. Follow up when someone gives you a referral or testimonial — even a simple “thank you” keeps relationships strong.
💡 Pro Tip:
Make it a goal this week to give three introductions — even if none of them lead to immediate business. You’ll start the year in full Givers Gain® mode, and that energy sets the tone for success all year long.
Remember, Givers Gain® isn’t about keeping score — it’s about creating value so big that everyone wins.
