🎤 Education Moment Script (3–5 minutes)
Good morning, BNI Family! 🙌
This week we’re returning to the foundation that holds our entire organization together — our BNI Core Values. These values aren’t just words on a wall; they’re the behaviors that drive our success and keep Our BNI Family united.
When we live by our Core Values, we build trust, attract quality Members, and create a culture that people want to be part of.
Here are BNI’s Seven Core Values, in the order we use here in Our BNI Family:
1️⃣ Givers Gain® – When you focus on giving first, business naturally follows. It’s not a catchphrase — it’s a proven formula for success.
2️⃣ Building Relationships – Referrals don’t come from transactions; they come from meaningful relationships built on trust and consistency.
3️⃣ Lifelong Learning – The more you grow, the more you can give. Education is the edge that keeps us sharp.
4️⃣ Traditions + Innovation – We honor the systems that work while embracing new tools and ideas that make us stronger.
5️⃣ Positive Attitude – Energy is contagious. A positive outlook attracts opportunity and keeps our meetings inspiring.
6️⃣ Accountability – True professionals do what they say they’ll do. Accountability builds credibility, and credibility drives referrals.
7️⃣ Recognition – What gets recognized gets repeated. Celebrating success fuels engagement and motivation.
Each Core Value connects directly to results — and when your Chapter lives them collectively, growth becomes inevitable.
Activity idea:
Have every Member turn to their neighbor and share which Core Value they personally connect with most and how they’ve seen it play out in their BNI journey. This exercise helps keep the culture alive and intentional. (Allow only one minute to complete this.)

At your next One-to-One, ask your partner which Core Value they believe their business reflects best — and why. You’ll discover deeper insights into what drives them.
