- Speak with authenticity – When you share why you do what you do—your passion, purpose, and values—you create an emotional connection. Authenticity inspires trust and makes your message memorable.
- Focus on impact, not features – Instead of leading with what you do, lead with how that work changes lives. Help listeners feel the impact by telling stories about outcomes, transformations, or how your work made someone feel.
- Engage emotions, not just logic – People connect through emotion. When you illustrate your purpose with emotion—whether it’s joy, empathy, or determination—you make your message stick and invite others into that feeling.”
