Strong leadership within a Chapter helps set the tone, create structure, and keep everyone on track toward their goals. Whether you’re currently in a leadership role or considering one in the future, understanding the impact of effective leadership is key to our Chapter’s growth.”

“Here are three key areas where leadership plays a critical role in Chapter success:

1. Setting the vision – A good leader creates a clear vision for the Chapter’s growth and success. By setting goals and maintaining focus on them, leadership ensures the Chapter is always moving forward.

2. Encouraging participation – Chapter leaders foster a sense of community and encourage Members to be active participants. This includes engaging in One-to-Ones, inviting visitors, and supporting each other’s businesses.

3. Providing accountability – Strong leaders hold Members accountable for their participation and contributions. This helps ensure that everyone is doing their part to help the Chapter succeed and that each Member’s efforts are recognized.”
