“Good morning, everyone! Today, we’re going to talk about one of the most important yet often overlooked keys to success in networking—consistency. In BNI, consistency is essential for building trust, generating referrals, and maintaining strong relationships. Let’s discuss how staying consistent in our actions can lead to long-term success.”

“Here are three ways consistency can enhance your networking efforts and drive success:
1. Attend meetings regularly – Showing up consistently at Chapter meetings demonstrates your commitment to the group. The more present you are, the more top-of-mind you stay with other Members when referral opportunities arise.
2. Be consistent in your asks – When you consistently ask for the same type of referral or specific introduction, it becomes easier for Members to know exactly what to look for when thinking of you. Repetition creates clarity and makes it more likely that you’ll receive referrals.
3. Follow through on commitments – Whether it’s following up on a referral or keeping your word after a One-to-One, being consistent in your follow-through builds trust and strengthens relationships. People trust those who do what they say, consistently.”
