2. Network with intention – The Annual Summit brings together leaders from across the region. Be prepared to meet new people, exchange ideas, and build relationships that can lead to future collaborations and referrals. Bring business cards and be ready to connect.

3. Prepare questions – Conferences are an excellent time to ask questions and get advice from experienced leaders.
