“Good morning, everyone! Today, we’re going to talk about how we can leverage PowerTeams to fuel growth within our Chapter. PowerTeams are groups of Members in complementary industries who work together to generate more referrals and business opportunities for each other. By focusing on collaboration, PowerTeams can help us all grow faster and more effectively.”

“PowerTeams are one of the most powerful tools we have in BNI, and here’s how we can make the most of them:
1. Identify your PowerTeam – Find Members in our Chapter who serve the same target market. For example, a realtor, mortgage broker, and home inspector make a natural PowerTeam in the real estate industry.
2. Collaborate strategically – Meet regularly with your PowerTeam to discuss target clients, current projects, and how you can pass referrals to each other. By working together, you can create more opportunities for everyone involved.
3. Showcase your PowerTeam in meetings – During our weekly presentations, highlight how your services complement those of your PowerTeam Members. This not only reinforces your collaboration but also helps visitors see the strength and value of BNI’s referral system.”
