“Good morning, everyone! Today, we’re going to focus on how to build stronger PowerTeams within our Chapter. PowerTeams are groups of Members in complementary industries who work together to pass more referrals and support each other’s growth. The stronger your PowerTeam, the more powerful your networking and referral opportunities.”

“Here are three strategies for strengthening your PowerTeam:
1. Meet regularly – PowerTeams that meet consistently outside of Chapter meetings develop deeper connections and more referral opportunities. Schedule regular One-to-Ones or group meetings to discuss your current goals and referral needs.
2. Communicate clearly – The more your PowerTeam Members understand your business and the type of referrals you’re looking for, the better they’ll be at helping you. Share specific referral needs during your meetings and make sure to ask your PowerTeam Members what they need from you.
3. Collaborate creatively – Think beyond just passing referrals. Work on joint marketing efforts, host events together, or bundle your services to offer a comprehensive solution to clients. This teamwork strengthens your relationships and makes your PowerTeam even more effective.”
