“Good morning, BNI Members! As we approach the March Best Ideas Conference (MBIC), let’s talk about how to get the most out of this incredible event. Conferences can be packed with information, so let’s prepare to extract maximum value.”

“Here are three strategies to ensure you make the most of your time:

1. Set Clear Objectives – Before you attend, ask yourself: What do I want to learn? Is it mastering a referral strategy or expanding my network? These objectives will help you prioritize the sessions and conversations that matter most to you.

2. Network Actively – Take advantage of every networking opportunity. Before you go, schedule One-to-Ones with Members you’d like to collaborate with, and don’t hesitate to introduce yourself to new faces. Networking doesn’t stop with the sessions; the breaks and meals are just as important.

3. Implement Immediately – One of the biggest challenges after a conference is translating ideas into action. Before the end of MBIC, create a list of 3 actionable steps and assign deadlines to yourself.”
