“Goal setting is more than just writing down what we want to achieve—it’s about creating a plan to turn those goals into reality. Here are three steps to help us set and achieve our goals in 2025:
1. Set SMART goals – Make sure your goals are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. For example, instead of saying, ‘I want more referrals,’ a SMART goal would be, ‘I want to generate 5 new referrals per month by the end of Q1.’
2. Break it down – Big goals can feel overwhelming. Break them down into smaller, manageable steps. For instance, if your goal is to grow your business by 20%, break that down into monthly or quarterly milestones.
3. Hold yourself accountable – Share your goals with a trusted Member or mentor in our Chapter. Having someone hold you accountable increases your chances of success, as they can check in with you and provide support along the way.”
