“Good morning, everyone! Today, we’re revisiting the foundation of BNI—Givers Gain®. This core philosophy is the driving force behind our success as a Chapter. By giving to others without expecting immediate returns, we create an environment where everyone can grow and thrive.”
Body
“At the heart of Givers Gain® is the idea that by helping others, we eventually help ourselves. Here are three key ways we can continue to live out this philosophy in our Chapter:
1. Focus on quality referrals – When you refer someone to a Member, think about how that referral can make a meaningful impact on their business. The more thoughtful and intentional the referral, the more valuable it is.
2. Give before you receive – Instead of waiting for referrals to come your way, be proactive in finding opportunities for others. This builds trust and creates a cycle of giving.
3. Support each other’s goals – Be genuinely invested in the success of other Members. Attend their events, share their social media posts, and celebrate their wins. The more support we offer, the stronger our relationships become.”
