Introduction
“Good morning, everyone! Today, let’s talk about the importance of thinking big in our Chapter. BNI is known for helping small and medium-sized businesses, but that doesn’t mean we should limit our vision. Big thinking can lead to big growth, and that’s what we want to focus on.”
Body
“In BNI, we often focus on individual referrals or small improvements, but what happens when we think bigger? Here are three ways we can adopt a ‘big thinker’ mindset for our Chapter:
1. Set ambitious goals – Whether it’s increasing referrals, growing our Chapter, or improving visitor retention, set goals that push beyond what seems possible. When we aim higher, we achieve more.
2. Collaborate on growth – Encourage Members to collaborate with PowerTeams and other businesses to create new opportunities. Big thinking often comes from working together.
3. Embrace change – Thinking big means being open to new ideas and approaches. Whether it’s new marketing strategies or exploring different industries, we need to be willing to adapt.”

“For instance, one of our Members set a goal to double their business in one year. At first, it seemed unrealistic, but by collaborating with PowerTeams and leveraging BNI strategies, they achieved their goal. This shows how thinking big can lead to big results.”
Conclusion
“Big thinking is about seeing the potential for growth and taking action to achieve it. Let’s challenge ourselves to set higher goals and work together to accomplish them. Our Chapter can achieve great things when we think bigger than we ever thought possible.”
